He holds a Master of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Human Resource Management, and is a licensed nursing home and assisted living residence administrator.
Robert offers over eight years of healthcare leadership experience and is an action-oriented leader with in-depth knowledge of best practices in business administration. In addition to his leadership experience, Robert teaches Human Resource Management and Marketing courses at Colorado Mountain College. Robert distinguishes himself with his integrity, work ethic, and constant striving for operational excellence through his unique leadership style. Residing on Colorado's western slope with his wife and daughter, Robert's personal hobbies include watching the Denver Broncos dominate; public speaking; and participating in triathlons, 10K and mountain runs.

Harrison is a Veteran’s Retention and Culture Specialist for Baker Leadership where he supports veterans as they reintegrate into civilian life and employment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree. Harrison is a combat veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps from 2010-2014, ending his active service with an honorable discharge. While in the Marine Corps, Harrison conducted over 150 combat patrols in Helmand Province, Afghanistan as an Infantry Rifleman and Radio Operator.
Harrison supports veterans who are transitioning out of the military. His research includes veteran transition and retention in the civilian workforce. His firm understanding on how the military works, the struggles that veterans face, and how to best support and employ veterans provides a service to the men and women who honorably serve our country. Harrison and his wife of five years enjoy going on walks with their dog, going to concerts, watching movies, and volunteering in their community.

Rena is an Educational and Research Consultant for Baker Leadership who specializes in research, testing and measurement. She brings over ten years of experience in the areas of assessment development and psychometrics, and holds a doctoral minor in Applied Statistics and Research Methods.
Rena has extensive experience in leadership coaching, and has worked as a co-founder for a number of start-up companies. She holds a certification from the International Association for Public Participation, and is trained in community engagement, impact analysis, and identifying appropriate evaluation tools to measure initiatives. Rena lives in Southern Colorado where she enjoys high-altitude outdoor activities with her family.

Her degree is in Educational Psychology with emphases in Assessment and Applied Statistics and Research Methods.
Crystal offers over ten years of experience in research and program evaluation. Her passions include helping clients identify the outcomes they seek to create, developing assessments, and educating aspiring graduates and professionals of all ages. She resides in Colorado with her husband and daughter where she enjoys a range of outdoor pursuits.
