She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Psychology with emphases in Assessment and Applied Statistics and Research Methods.
Crystal offers nine years of experience conducting research and developing and teaching college courses and three years of program evaluation experience. Her passions include helping clients identify methods to measure the outcomes they seek to create, training educators, and tutoring aspiring graduates and professionals of all ages. She resides in the Colorado mountains with her husband and daughter where she never gets enough time in the sun running, hiking, biking, swimming, reading, writing, and discussing life with friends.
